We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept defective item for refund or exchange.
Snowledge gladly accepts returns of unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. We will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, you can choose whichever shipping option you feel comfortable using. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
Once we receive your returned item in excellent condition, we will refund your order on the card or payment method that it was purchased with.
Per our return policy, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs back to our warehouse so the refund amount will deduct the shipping costs before being applied to your account.
Also please note that we only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To exchange an item or order, contact us by email@example.com and we will provide you with our current return address.
Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
*RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
*WHAT THE RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS
If you have requested a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, you will then be advised to post your returns back to us at the address given including your name and order number. Be advised that returning funds usually take about 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
